Be aware that Latam Airlines is worst you can experienced

Be aware that Latam Airlines is, and I'm 20 years of experience, the worst airline I've experienced : if you bought an one way flight they'll forced you to buy an expencive return to board in. Despite what they say no refund and your reclamation ? In the void.
Worst company in the world : be prepare if you flight with latmam airlines that will be for you a huge loss

WARNING - Do not pay out refund owed for cancellation

WARNING. They do not pay refunds that they owe.

They owe me a refund for a flight cancelled by them. It is now almost 3 months later and still no refund.

They keep telling me the refund failed and that i need to send them my bank details over facebook messenger. Which is unsecure and should not be insisted on by a company.

I push back and they eventually give me a link to do so via their website. So I have done, but they come back and say it failed again, and also now once again asking for my bank details.

Totally unprofessional acting like scammers the way they insist on my bank details over and over again without actually paying me my refund.

Do not use airline unless absolutely necessary because if they cancel you may not ever get your money back.

Latam double charged me

Latam charged me in full for my flights, which totaled 1300 Euros. The tickets were issued and then they charged me a second time in full. They basically stole 1300 Euros from me and I can't get an answer from anyone about when I will get a refund. They don't give any email contact address to resolve problems and every time I ring customer service I wait half an hour to get told my case is under analysis.

Worst company ever

Flight delayed two days, stuck in another city without accomodation. Of course they didn’t care and not even received an answer from the case created. Wish they won’t be able to continue business.

💩The worst experience ever

💩The worst experience ever. DO NOT FLY WITH TAM AIRLINES. The company left a baby flying on my lap for almost 12 hours, left me without my pram for a connection of almost 3 hours (I did not agree with this). And to conclude, the operators badly damaged the pram.

Worst airline ever! Avoid at all costs.

My friend and I booked a trip to Peru. At the airport, we couldn’t print boarding passes so we asked the agency for help. Although we arrived 2 hours before the flight, she said gates were closed and walked away from her desk before even finishing her last sentence with a smirk on her face. We canceled our flight and demanded a refund, which was promised to us within 30 days. It’s been more than 2 months we’ve gotten no updates from them. We had to follow up countless times and the phone agencies pretend to not understand what we’re saying. Before I’m given a chance to fully explain the issue, they say they’ll transfer me to someone else………then hang up. Which has happened twice. They have no idea how to assist customers or properly run an airline. They’re pretend to be helpful and be on your side……..then do absolutely NOTHING! I sincerely hope LATAM goes out of business soon!!

Poor Customer Service

My LATAM points account was locked due to a change in their log in procedure. It took months to get it fixed and by then by accumulated points expired. It has been 3.5 months, countless emails and calls where each time they tell me they are "working on it". I have only to assume they never will address this and from the looks of their reviews here it seems unlikely LATAM even cares. Definitely an airline to avoid when possible.

If I was able to give negative stars I…

If I was able to give negative stars I would. The most dispicable and disgusting organisation I have every dealt with you simply abuse, lie and discriminate against their customer. 178+ days waiting for a refund on a flight that I cancelled 3 hours after booking.
Lies, deciet, broken promises and complete contempt for their customers.

My recommendation would be to avoide this company at all costs. Anywhere is better. A total scam of an Airlne!

A daylight Robbery

A daylight Robbery.
No matter how you booked and where you booked it, at the end you have to deal with LATAM. Extremely poor service, overcharges and flight cancelations.
They have cancelled my flight and no booking until 3 days later. They again changed that without any notification for one day later. I asked for refund and they says $300 USD fee. also no refund on any upgrade or seat selections. (Basically take it or leave it. It is your problem).
My 10 days travel plan changed into being over 10 hours on the phone and fighting with travel insurance to get the charges back. It is not ok!
